Complete removal and replacement of an old rotten deck, joists, and supports. Structural improvements were made by introducing concrete and block pillars to support a sturdy new joist system, with a well planned design that will encourage a long lasting deck with good drainage. Treated timber was used to be in keeping with the character of the old cottage.
